Pygplot: (yet another) pgplot python wrapper

This is an object-oriented wrapper around Dan Kelson's PGPLOT wrappers. It attempts to make things more pythonic, yet keep all the flexibility PGPLOT gives you. This requires Dan's python distribution. Simply unpack the contents of the tar file into the extra_modules directory.
