OCIW Magellan CCD Cameras

Magellan guider cameras  These cameras are used by the Magellan telescopes acquisition and guiding system. Each features an E2V 1024 × 1024 frame transfer CCD. MIKE There are two detector systems for MIKE -- the red side uses a 2048 × 4096 pixel detector from SITe, while the blue side uses a 2048 × 4096 detector from MIT LL. IMACS Each of the eight CCD detectors which make up the detector for IMACS is a SITe 2048 × 4096 device.  The array size is 8192 × 8192 pixels. LDSS III The detector for this system is a single STA0500A device with 4060 × 4060 pixels.
