Tyson reviewed the task list and there was useful discussion about how to do the alignment measurements and the order in which to do them. Tyson will update the IMACSEngineeringRunSep04 page.
After IMACS, there was further discussion about operations and staffing with David providing some good input on the changes section of the technical manager's report. AU will make updates before submitting to Silvia.
Update: The changes were made to the technical manager's report (with additional input from Mark Phillips) and presented to both the SAC and Council.
