AU noted that U Michigan sent $60K for this project and that pledge letters, rather than an MOU, would be used to justify opening a Carnegie account. Pat McCarthy thought (but nobody could remember) if MIT signed up to support this project (let's look it up in the minutes? Wendy thought no).

• QE curves for different coating options were discussed and coating EP1-90, with high red sensitivity but lower than the existing SITe chips in the blue, was chosen. MMTF is 5000 - 9000 range.
• We will ask TSIP for the cost of the detectors ONLY ($648,000 for 9 chips), no salaries, etc.
