Here's the agenda for the upcoming SAC telecon  1pm EDT. The target

1. Adoption of previous face-to-face minutes (All)

2. Acceptance of Alan's modifications to Instrument Procedures and
   Policies per Marks last e-mail (All).

   I believe Mark will distribute  the latest version ahead of time.

3. A brief report from Mark Phillips on major developments on the
   mountain (Mark Phillips).

4. A red-sensitive Chip for LDSS (Pat Mc Carthy).

5. A discussion of implementation of 6-port policy and commissioning (All).
